Where is my order?
We provide email updates throughout the entire order process to keep you informed and in the loop! When your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with a link to track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to populate. You may also log in to your account to view order details!
We ship same-business-day if orders are placed by 3pm EST. Othwerwise, your order will ship the following business day. Your order may experience short delay for one of the following reasons.
1. Different shipping and billing address. If you are a first time customer and you are shipping to an address that's different than your billing address, we may contact you to confirm a few details prior to fulfilling the order. The length of this process depends on how long it takes us to get ahold of you, so please keep an eye out for a call or email from our support team. Once verified, future orders will not require confirmation and will be shipped immediately!
2. Some or all of the items you ordered are drop shipped. If you remember seeing a pop-up alerting you that the item you're purchasing is drop shipped, your order may take an extra day or two to process. This is normal for all drop shipped items. If your order contains a mix of warehoused and drop shipped items, your warehoused items will ship separately.
I'm having an issue with my order.
If you were accidentally sent an incorrect bottle (such as the wrong flavor, nicotine level, or size) please contact us or respond to the corresponding order email with the following...
- Explanation of the situation
- Photo of the incorrectly shipped item in new / unused condition
We allow up to 48 hours from the delivery date for disputes.
Orders may be cancelled at no charge prior to shipment. If your order has shipped, you may request a return label. The cost of the label will vary depending on the package size and weight. We charge a 10% stocking fee for returned orders.
I don't like the taste of my e-liquid.
E-liquid may not be returned based off of subjective taste opinion. Many e-liquids that some find delicious, others may dislike. We apologize for this in advance and for any inconvenience. Be sure to use other customer reviews for help choosing flavors! Rest assured we carry only the best quality premium e-liquid on the market.
My order was returned to your warehouse.
If your shipment was returned to 120ml.co because of an invalid address, you will be charged $2.99 or more, depending on the size of the shipment, to re-ship the package. Our platform automatically ships to the address you supply. If after a failed send or "return to sender" situation you wish to cancel the order, 120ml.co will refund the order, minus a 20% re-stocking fee and shipping costs. Please be sure to double-check your shipping address to avoid any delays.
What are your domestic shipping policies?
We offer FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING on all domestic (Continental US) orders over $100. Orders are typically shipped next business day. First-time orders may take up to three business days to process. If your order contains a different shipping and billing address, our system may flag your order as potentially fraudulent. In the event that this happens, we will contact the cardholder to request additional information prior to shipment.
A tracking number to aid in timing the arrival of your package is included with all shipments. You will receive the tracking number via the email you provided in your account. Please allow up to 48 hours for USPS to update the tracking information. We do not have control or access to tracking information past what is provided by the USPS.
We offer guaranteed next-business-day fulfillment on warehoused items to repeat customers and verified military personnel (see below). This excludes national holidays, weekends, and drop shipped items.
We refuse the right to ship to PO Boxes. In the event a PO Box is set as your shipping address, we may contact you and offer to ship to the billing address for your order.
Domestic Shipping Options: Domestic orders are shipped via USPS. There are four shipping options presented at checkout for domestic customers.
- Free Shipping: Delivery may vary. Delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days*.
- USPS First-Class Domestic Shipping: Delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days*. In most cases 2-3 business days is the maximum for orders placed in the Continental U.S. First-class domestic shipping is not insured. We do not accept liability for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
- USPS Priority Mail Domestic Shipping: Delivery takes approximately 1-3 business days*. In most cases 1-2 business days is the maximum for orders placed in the Continental U.S. Priority domestic shipping is insured.
- USPS Priority Mail Express Domestic Shipping: Delivery takes approximately 1-2 business days*. In most cases 1 business day is the maximum for orders placed in the Continental U.S. Priority domestic shipping is insured.
Shipping times are NOT guaranteed and may be affected by weather, USPS errors, incorrect address provided, Postal Holidays, etc. We cannot guarantee USPS shipping delivery approximations. In the event your item is lost or stolen, 120ml.co requires confirmation from USPS before shipping a replacement order. Delayed shipments do not count as lost or stolen. If your shipment is delayed, please contact your local USPS Post Office for more details on the arrival of your package.
What are your international shipping policies?
All international orders are shipped via USPS International. Options for shipping are presented at checkout. Note: International orders may take longer to process and fulfill. Only Credit Cards with AVS (Address Verification) and a unique CVV Number will be processed.
International shipping times are NOT guaranteed and may be affected by weather, USPS errors, incorrect address provided, Postal Holidays, Customs, etc. We cannot guarantee USPS shipping delivery approximations. In the event your item is lost or stolen, 120ml.co requires confirmation from USPS before shipping a replacement order. Delayed shipments do not count as lost or stolen. If your shipment is delayed, please contact your local USPS Post Office for more details on the arrival of your package.
Please purchase at your own risk! Familiarize yourself with your country’s e-cigarette and e-liquid customs importations laws before completing your order with 120ml.co! We will not be held responsible for orders seized by customs, and we will not falsify customs forms to accommodate any orders. Customs forms will all be marked honestly, with accurate product and product value details in accordance with US Federal Law. In addition, International orders may be subject to import taxes and duty fees. The customer is responsible for paying these charges. In the event of a "Return to Sender" from customs, the buyer is responsible for any re-shipment costs. 120ml.co is not responsible for any shipping delays including but not limited to customs, weather, incorrect address, non-delivery, and will not refund shipping in the event of an unforeseen delay. If an order is returned to 120ml.co because of export regulations, we will refund the order, minus a 20% re-stocking fee and shipping costs.
I ordered a drop shipped item. What does this mean?
Drop shipped items ship directly from the manufacturer. Items on 120ml.co that are shipped direct from the manufacturer are labeled in the description of the product. Drop shipped products require a slightly longer lead time for fulfillment. These orders may experience a 2-5 business day processing / fulfillment delay. Orders that include a mix of items being drop shipped and warehoused by 120ml.co will be split and shipped separately. Each shipment will have a unique tracking number. In some cases, tracking numbers are not updated until on or after delivery of the products. We apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have received a drop shipped product that arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Drop shipped orders cannot be shipped internationally.

How or Where should I store my e-liquid?
We recommend storing e-liquid somewhere cool in temperature. Ideally somewhere dark since light can adversely affect your e-liquid. We do not recommend trying to “steep” e-liquid in a forceful manner as it may alter the flavor of the liquid. Please keep your e-liquid beyond the reach of pets and children, as you would with any other poisonous or hazardous liquids.

How can I verify that I am a member of the US Military?
We currently offer our military customers guaranteed next-day fulfillment and 15% off their entire order. Next day fulfillment is only available on USPS shipping days. Please click here to verify your military membership. Veterans are also able to utilize the military discount! Note: We check the activity of this service regularly. Any order utilizing the military discount that does not populate in the activity log will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
