The End.

Nearly seven years ago, we started this company in an apartment. We had no idea how to build an online business. We just knew that vapers needed a place to shop for big bottles. At the time, 60ml bottles made up most of the market. A few manufacturers were distributing 120ml bottles made specifically for their best customers. We knew larger format bottles would be the future of the industry, and we bet on it.

Fast forward a year. Our small business was growing at a rapid pace. People loved that we had the hard-to-come-by 120ml bottles of their favorite flavors. We couldn't believe the amount of early support you provided us. Many of you still shop with us today. Along the way, we grew out of the bedroom. We upgraded our platform several times. We even leased a commercial warehouse and purchased shipping/fulfillment equipment to speed up our processes. We hired customer service, warehouse, and marketing employees. It was a blast.

We worked hard to provide all of you with the best service possible. We're proud of what we accomplished. We're forever grateful for all of your support. Without you, none of this would have been possible.

In January of 2020, our home state of Nevada introduced a hefty wholesale tax on e-liquid products. It hurt us tremendously, and we did everything in our power to keep our affordable pricing. You continued to support us, and although we were no longer able to provide all of the brands you grew to love, we kept as many as possible and even added a few.

In late December 2020, Congress passed a massive spending package that included a coronavirus relief bill and—buried deep in the 5,000-page document—a law entitled the Preventing Online Sales of E-Cigarettes to Children Act. It was quickly signed into law by President Trump. The act is commonly referred to by vapers as the "vape mail ban," but its effects will be much more profound than the prohibition on postal delivery that gave it its nickname.

The new law does two things:

Instructs the U.S. Postal Service to create regulations prohibiting the shipment of all vaping products through the U.S. Mail to residential addresses

Inserts vaping products into the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act. (The PACT Act is an amendment to the older federal Jenkins Act)

The Preventing Online Sales of E-Cigarettes to Children Act covers a much more comprehensive range of products than the FDA's Deeming Rule and is unrelated to the FDA's tobacco and vaping regulations. The definition of products covered by the law is so broad that it captures not just nicotine vaping devices and e-liquid but anything that can be used to vape any liquid- or oil-based substance (and the substances themselves).

The PACT Act requires several things that we, as a small business, cannot afford. The endless reporting and shipping requirements are not suited for a company our size. Because of this, we have to say goodbye.

Thank you for everything you have given us. Thank you for trusting us with your orders. Thank you for having patience when things didn't go as planned. (Yes, we're looking at you, USPS). We wish you the best. As a token of appreciation for your support throughout the years, we've slashed pricing on all remaining stock. We will continue to fulfill orders through the weekend.

Good luck and support your local vape shops. They deserve it.
