COVID-19 Shipping (Updated 4/20/20)

UPDATED 4/20/20 - SCROLL TO BOTTOM FOR UPDATE

Valued Customers,

Thank you for visiting our site. We'd like to take a minute to update all of you on how COVID-19 is affecting our supply chain and fulfillment processes. It is vital since it will directly impact your ordering and shipping experience.

As of today (3/30/2020), the 120ml.co warehouse is operational. We are following all CDC recommendations to help limit the spread of COVID-19, including, but not limited to, social distancing protocol, using personal protection equipment when handling all products and shipping materials, and more.

Any items purchased that ship from our warehouse (Decent Juice Co, Occultus Juice Society, Levels, and many more) will ship as usual with no fulfillment delays. An example of a warehoused item and the disclaimer is provided below.

Warehoused Example

Keep in mind that all major shipping companies have temporarily suspended all shipping time guarantees. Please order with time to spare. We cannot guess or predict if/when delays will happen.

For items that ship from the manufacturer or regional distributors, all estimations of fulfillment times are temporarily suspended. We cannot guarantee the timely delivery of drop-shipped items and are working closely to monitor each supplier and order. If you are ordering an item that does not ship from our warehouse, you may experience a delay. An example of a drop shipped item and the disclaimer can be seen below.

Drop Shipped Example

Please know that we are working as hard as possible to communicate with our dropship suppliers and to provide reasonable expectations on if/when items will ship. Since we do not physically ship these items, most of the responsibility is out of our control until further notice.

Thank you so much for continuing to order and support our company.
